Slides out of sync?
We have a 2018 Montana 3721 that we always keep connected to a 50 amp service at home to keep 2 6 volt Trojan batteries charged.Today we are getting ready to go to Florida and after packing I go to close slides and two won’’t respond at all.The ones that did close we’re different switches then they originally were assigned to.
Earlier in the day I’am outside and all of a sudden the heater blower goes on.I was standing right beside it and it startled me because nothing was on inside.
I went inside and one of the thermostats was on all by itself. It seems these thermostats are cheap junk and any vibration sets them off.I will replace as soon as possible.
It’s the out of sync slides that have me stumped.Does anyone know the procedure to correct this?

Are all your slides hydraulic? If not, are the two slides that failed to move hydraulic or electric cable operated? You may have a bad 12 volt breaker in the hydraulic system if the slides that did not move are hydraulic.

If the ones that came in differently were hydraulic, they won't always come in in the same order. Either way, I'd make sure your battery disconnect is off and your batteries are actually charged. If it is on you may not be charging your batteries even if you are plugged in.

Can you give us a little more information please? What slides specifically are affected? What switches are reversed? Are they hydraulic and/or electric. What you wrote implies there are four slides having problems. The current description is somewhat confusing.
A 3721 only has three slides: kitchen (hydraulic); dining (hydraulic) and bedroom (electric). One switch operates the hydraulic slides and one other operates the bedroom slide. The dining/kitchen slides can move in a different order as pointed out above.

The Dometic thermostat is a frequently discussed issue here. They have a well known with an over-sensitive face plate. Dometic knows it and they are replacing the face plate (the source of the problem). Take a look HERE and look at Posts #37, 38, 41, and then, the money shot, #44.

Also one of the isolation valves may have been moved or turned off.

I have a 3731 Legacy, as others posted, slides don't always retract, extend in the same pattern, the one with least resistance will start first, depends on level, load, etc. your 2 kitchen slides and bed slide are hydraulic, your wardrobe is electric/cable the living room slides are electric gear driven, I was warned to never stop the LR slides in motion as it will throw off the synchronization? Many times we have stopped it and have not noticed any problems, I think it was BS from the dealer.
Did the valves in your level up panel area get turned off by chance?
I have heard of problems with thermostat, but we have been able to overcome them, the auto and high/low work different for heat/ac. we need to run heat on high/low or the ac and furnace both kick on at the same time in auto...
by the way, we love our Rig, not a single problem that has required a trip to dealer.

We have that model with 6 slides. First check the valve switches in the autolevel control panel and make sure they are all on.
