Does any one out there have this unit, My wife loves the idea of a soaker tub, but how do you fill it with only a 12 gallon water heater. Any problems with getting the tub full enough to soak in it before running out of hot water?

Maybe boil a large pot of water on the stove for extra hot water.

I believe the novelty of a soaker tub in a fiver will wear off fast. JMHO.

I haven't heard any replies from any owners of this unit yet. maybe they didn't sell many?. But the price of this unit is still right up there. Trying to talk the DW out of it. I like the two bedroom one instead, and then visit friends on the weekends, then she can get that bath she wants. LOL

This model seems to be a hot seller in our area. Guess it is suited for full hookup sites. I inquired some details at dealership. On demand hot water heater same as in motor homes. You defiantly would need sewer hookup or grey tanks would fill regularly. We are in a permanent site with full hookup and will be putting our name in for one.

We just picked up our 2018 3921FB this past Thursday 01/18/2018. We arrived at Campground yesterday. Have not used the Bath Tube yet but, after a 8 1/2 drive yesterday and setup I took a long shower with no loss of hot water. Our unit has hot water on-demand unit so when you open up hot water faucet you get hot water. We have tankless water unit at home a love it. The one item to be aware of I'm told is that these hot water on-demand units are sensitive to water pressure (i.e. do not work well above 50 PSI). So in summary, I really like the 3921FB unit floor plan and so far the hot water on-demand has worked great.

We have been living in ours full time for 7 months, we have the on demand hot water system. We never run out of hot water, we are hooked up to sewer. Absolutely love this floor plan.

3921fb
We love our 3921FB! Have posted praise about the tub and on demand water heater to several other threads. Only complaint is that it does not wash and wax itself.

We have enjoyed our 3920FB since last fall. I really like the front bathroom. For those who don't feel a tub is necessary I see the new model 3930FB and 3931FB have same floor plan but with closet instead of tub. The ensuite and 1/2 bath is what sold us. We have had no issues. Tankless Hot water heat is great. We had a 2013 3402RL which well really enjoyed but there have defiantly been improvements since then.

I have found that the washing machine, sink and 1/2 bath toilet all drain in second black tank. Yours?

I talked lisa out of it. The front bath is a large waste of space for us full timers as you know. She wanted a second bathroom more than the tub, but now she want something different. like the 3791 rear den model. Were in the break point between the 2018 and the 2019 models so were going to wait and order one with dual pane windows and some other options. but also looking at the new payment the current model and payment were in is also nice.
Who knows.
Marsha is not liking the front kitchen anymore?

We don't have washer/dryer yet...its on the list. I believe the half-bath sink does drain to the 2nd black tank and the kitchen sink goes to the 2nd gray tank.
I will preface my comments below to say we do not dry camp. We only stay in full hook-up sites 99.9% of the time...so my gray valves are always open.
Frankly I was hoping the clothes washer drained thru the 2nd gray tank. Draining to the black tank seems like it would be a pain in the rear to monitor and drain the black tank quite often. If it drained thru the 2nd gray tank you would leave gray valves open and the wash water would go directly to the camp sewer.
My unofficial definition of gray water is "dish washing/kitchen sink water + shower or tub water + bathroom vanity sink water + clothes washing water". Why on earth would they run the clothes wash water thru a black tank? Seems bass-ackwards to me.
I live out in the country. Several years ago during a severe drought in TX I put in a special drain pipe at the house to capture the gray water from the washing machine. I bought a big galvanized horse trough at Tractor Supply to hold the gray water, and I used it to to drip irrigate some trees that I had just planted. Drought ended, and DW wanted to use the galv. horse trough to grow tomatoes on the deck. Wash water runs thru septic system once again...until the next drought!

A question for those with a tankless heater - IS there a gas option with this too? What do you do if you are without 30 or 50 amp service?
Thanks.
