Okay Sue, where did everything go? How can you possibly have empty tubs? Glad to have you on the list of finally being fulltimers!

Bill, not on your life - those are mine!!! I will say having the tool box on the truck helped us a lot. Plus my wooden chests that I made that sit behind the recliners. These have all of our CD's, DVD's and breakable shelf things like our Corona Parrot steins. When we finish our railroad, we will have even more empty tubs.
Happy trails..............................

We would give it an 8. We have been full timing for 5 years and just love it -We sold our house in 5 days and by the time of closing, my wife had 3 weeks left before she retired from 30 years with her company. We do have things in storage (just in case of illness/death). We have done some workcamping when gas prices continued up, have not worked this year yet, but who knows. If in our travels, we find a place that really tugges on our hearts, may settle their but dont expect that to happen for another 10 years.

We drove away from the S-O-L-D stick built last Saturday the 1st of September 2007, never to return. WOW are we happy. Add us to the list of full timers, or work campers as Jackie is still working for another 8 months.

Dick and Jackie,
Congratulations.....that was quick. We are also fulltimers as of Aug. 13th and in an RV park in North Bend but looking to move down the hill to Preston in a couple of weeks.
We should have a little mini rally when you get settled in.

Well, I must say I'm enjoying this fulltiming quite a bit. I haven't been on here for quite some time, I sure hope everyone is doing well!! I was trying to "git er done" around here with work. I had an unbelieveable waiting list of jobs to do, but have finally caught up just in time for the season to wind down...LOL I built, sealed and stained some decks, and powerwashed more trailers and scrubbed more awnings than I can count. But, I've made enough money to pay for the fuel there and back for the winter season and then some. Guess I'm headed to Donna, Texas for the winter months. The place sounds pretty nice, and the workampit deal sounds pretty darned good. But I digress...I was a little concerned about living in here full time due to my claustaphobia , but it hasn't been a problem at all. Working outdoors again is wonderful, and working so close to home I can be home in 30 seconds to a minute ain't too bad either. Sure does save on fuel costs!!LOL So, count me in as a happy fulltimer...:-)

Please add us to the list of Montana FULLTIMERS!!!
The buyers signed the escrow papers and we have signed the escrow papers so we close next week. Last night was our last night in the house so that it can be tented for termites on Monday.
Right now we are in the Montana trying to find room for everything.

Right you are the post was started by Glenn and Lorraine in 2003.Glenn was a MOC icon and passed many years ago. I know many on the original list and many, many of them no longer full time or have not been heard from for a very long time.

Rich is right on. So many of the old timers no longer post. You get to know them and then they are gone and you never know what happened to them. Did they just quit posting and sell their camper, failing health or worse.

sorry to be one of the missing but please add granet to the list,-madeleine and I have been full timing since 2010. I haven't been able to post for a while due to a stroke that has left me partially unable to use my right side. We still fulltime in the cold as the cost of snowbird medical insurance is obscene.

Marjorie and Miles Patten have been full timing since April 2014. So far...we have pulled our 3402 for just short of 66K miles...however, we are slowing down. We are curently living at Rushmore Shadows outside of Mt. Rushmore for 5 weeks. Our camp is on a mountain top and in the pines. We will return to Tucson, AZ at Rincon West on Oct 15th and stay until May 15th. There are just under 100 activities in season.

I have a 2010 345SS w/ the usual 2 30 lb l.p. gas tanks. When the tanks seem to be empy and I try to refill they will only take 2 - 3 gal when they should take close to 7. Also the tanks won't automatically switch like they are designed to do. Any suggestions?

Full timing since 2013
