I would suggest going to - or calling - several RV dealerships in your general. Doesn't necessarily have to be a Keystone dealer. Ask who installs carpeting in RVs. Most dealerships have experience with carpet replacement issues. If you have a couple hits on the same carpet installer, that would be a good clue on who to use.
