Today is one year of ownership.
I picked up my 06 2955RL a year ago today so I will give a short report.
I am real close to being 100 % satisfied with this unit and I have no regrets on my purchase decision. It is the nicest RV I have ever owned, no question.
We went on one 44 day trip with it and and pulled it about 3000 miles. I had two small issues. The rear steps on a 2955RL hang very low and when I levelled my unit my bottom step was only 2 inches off the ground. I have replaced that step with a good quality 2 step unit that works great and gives me clearance when I tow.
The big Zenith TV had loosened the big screw that was drilled into the plastic case near the top of the TV. A plastic TV cabinet was not made to hold a large woodscrew and this is one silly thing that Keystone does.
I could have fixed that if I wanted to keep the Zenith but this gave me a reason to put a 26" LCD TV in the same spot and gave me extra storage.
Some of the more common issues, I never had. No leaky showers and no stripped wood screws on my cabinets.
This is one terrific unit and we are happy campers. Thanks Keystone.

Good report. Most of the time, (with any subject) all we hear is negatives, thanks for that.

Now that's more like it. We had much the same report after our 1st year and now after 3 plus years nothing has changed. Must be these 2955RLs.
With all the bad reports we do hear kinda makes me wonder if I really do want a new rig.

That's Awesome. We have a 3650RK working on 3 years with total satisfaction. We did have a couple warranty items, but all were taken care of, no muss no fuss. That is what's great about Keystone and the dealer network. That is why we bought our Monty and why it is great to see the continuing great reports. Thanks Keystone!

Great news Don,
We bought ours on November 25th last year. Too bad we didn't know each other last year, we could have squeezed the dealer(s) out of a couple of more $$, buying two at one time. ha,ha.
I agree, best unit we have ever owned. Never had ours back to the dealer & fixed the few small things myself. The way it's raining today we could change the tires for some pontoons.

That is really great that you have had just a few problems with your 2955RL. We will have our 2955RL for 2 years in Feb. We have had some minor problems but so far so good. We really enjoy this floor plan.

Don,
I would agree with you on our 2955RL as well. We celebrated our 1 year about a month ago and have had no major issues, a few minor things repaired prior to the warranty expiring, but no real issues at all. We did purchase the extended warranty prior to the manufacturers warranty expiring but it was more of a safety net. We couldn't be happier with ours, other than to use it more, this time of year it's kind of painful when it's waiting for the warm weather to come back.

Congratulations Don, on your anniversary. Glad to know you are happy with your trailer. We are sure pleased with our 3000RK, haven't had anything major either.

Glad to hear it Don, we've been real happy with ours so far. Couple of very minor problems, nothing worth mentioning.

We picked up our 3400 on Nov.12 of last year. Had a few minor things I had to fix, and had one warranty issue. Our dealer mailed us 2 ladder rungs (one to fix a broken rung, and one for a spare). Total charge back to Keystone was $50.
I was unhappy that the trailer did not have a real FM antenna, and so had to install one that cost me $20. Other than that, I am completely happy.
Several of our Good Sams club friends own some pretty high dollar Class A's. They are envious of the room inside our 3400, and its layout. It brings a smile to my face as the cost of my 3400 and TV together is nicely less than half the price of their Class A's. I love it!

Don, Glad you have had minimal problems with your 2955RL. The only problem we have had was the slide hydraulic motor leaking. Maybe see you on the road someday.

We are closing on our fifth year with our 2955, no major problems. The biggest problem was ours by not using it more, hope to correct that soon.

Don,
Congrats on the anniversary and I am glad to hear the Monty has beeen all you hoped it would be. We have had our coach for a 4.5 years and like you we have had no major problems. the dealer did replace the frame of a recliner under warranty, but the coach has never been back to the dealer. When Dometic sorts out the refrigerator recall that may change. Anyway, here's to many more happy years in your coach.

Don, you have great taste! The 2955RLs are the greatest. We've had no significant problem with ours after 17 months! We keep trying to improve it, but are running out of ideas...!!!!
