Those of you using LT tires, are they Load Range E or G?

My Michelins are E rated. My 3150RL isn't a mega fiver and I never come close to its GVWR.

My Michelin XPS Ribs are E. But I also have a lighter trailer in my 3075RL.

Get the ones that will carry the weight of the RV minus the pin weight.

What Tom Said. Know the weight on each tire and the load rating of the LT tire.

I have Bridgestone Duravis R250 on my '14 3150RL. My understanding is E is the highest you can get in a LT tire. I may be wrong.

ON edit, there is a load range F LT tire. However I only found ST tires in that load range. They require 95psi.

My '14 3150 has a GVWR of 14,900lbs and when loaded I have just a bit less than 12k on the axles. Usually around 11,500lbs.

I am on my 3rd year with them and show no wear. They are speed rated @ 102mpg and I will pull @ 65-70 if conditions permit. They are a 100% all steel tire and weighs 59lbs. (same as a G614)

Before you go with LT tires, weigh your trailer loaded for a trip. The most a LT235/85/16 tire will carry is 3042lbs @ 80psi. You can buy a Sailun G rated tire less than a R250 and the Sailun is G rated if you need the weight and have a rim that is rated @ 110psi.
