Unless you are satisfied to watch one channel on two TV's. If you primarily watch TV in the LR, and only use the BR tv at night when you go to bed, you only really need one converter for two tv's. To change the channels thought, you would need line-of-sight to the converter, or by a RF channel changer from shady-o-rack. You will also need a splitter. If you use campground cable, then you want a converter box that has a pass through when it is turned off to allow the cable signal to pass through and not be affected by the converter box.
Edited: p.s., the converter box goes between the tv and booster. The batwing antenna is not the "best" on the market and the signal has to be amplified before going to either the tv or the converter. If you tried to put the converter between the antenna and booster you may end up with poor or no digital picture.
