Have you determined where the leak is? Is it around the valving? We always make sure the valve on the end of the mattress is tight. If it is a hole in the mattress, it can be patched successfully, but you have to find it of course. A spray bottle of soapy water can be helpful for that purpose.

We had the same problem. Slow leak in mattress and by morning you would be on the frame. We re-tightened the aux inflation valve cover at the foot of the bed and that seemed to fix the problem. It seemed tight but not tight enough i guess.
Hope this solves your problem and would love to hear if that fixed it.

We have used ours since july this year and no problem but the valve has to be tite ,, also don't keep it in the bottom of the couch as the latch on the sofa punches holes in it as we had a seperate unit that got punched, also , when you fold it careful of the metal bars as they make holes,,, sailer

Thanks for all the advise. We did find a small hole in the mattress, now we just have to find a repair patch that will work.
Does anyone know if there is certain one that will work.

Tawna, read the next thread on "air mattress" from Hookman. He lists the maker and he may even have a contact for ya. Your unit looks "new" so go for it with the maker of the mattress. Ours is 1 year old, a 2008 model from last October and our grandkids have really given it aworkout. This is all good advice if your trooper husband is as dedicated as most are. Thank him for his service,,,,really. Dennis
