There is a plastic shaft between the turn handle (inside the camper) that connects to the antenna portion (outside the camper) that actually turns the antenna. The Razar antenna's are notorious for that plastic shaft breaking. When it breaks, the turn knob (inside the camper) does absolutely nothing.
On my 2019 High Country, I replaced the shaft once, then replaced the entire antenna twice with new, and finally tossed it all and switched to the Wingard 360+ and use just the over-the-air feature. I have a different source for Internet connection and for phone use. This solved all my problems.
That triangle shaped, batman looking bird wing is notorious for getting caught in low-hanging branches when entering and exiting a campground. The locking mechanism is in the turn handle (inside), but the shaft breaks letting the antenna itself just free-float.
When I replaced with the Wingard 360+, there is no shaft, nothing to turn. I was left with a hole in the ceiling. I solved that problem by simply screwing the turn handle back onto the ceiling. It serves no purpose now, except to cover a hole.
Replacing with the 360+ eliminated any possibility of the antenna getting caught in low-hanging tree branches, limbs, or twigs:
