Weird water issue

A few months back we lost cold water pressure in the kitchen sink. I can turn on the hot water full blast and use up the cooler water in the line between the faucet and the WH, but then I have to turn it back to cold once the hot water catches up and just make due with the trickle.

I assumed that it was just debris that clogged up the faucet fixture in the kitchen, but now the toilet is just drooling water instead of flowing a strong swirl like before. The shower and bathroom sink are still good, but I can’t figure out why the kitchen sink and toilet both have such bad pressure.

Some kind of sediment (maybe a calcium particle) made it's way down the cold water pipes and is blocking the very, very small openings in the valves on both the sink and the toilet.

Where as, any tiny calcium deposits that are in the hot water side, probably settled in the bottom of the water heater as it's a small rock and rocks sink! The "out" line on the water heater is near the top of the tank. Any trash in the water will settle to the bottom of the water heater and not pass on through the pipes, unlike the cold water that has no tank it passes through first. Those calcium deposits flow right to the faucet and these stupid water saver faucets and toilets and such, the passage way the water passed through is so tiny, "trash" in the water can easily create a blockage.

(I think that's what's happened.)

If the filter at the end of the faucet was clogged, then both the hot and cold water would be slow to run, or perhaps even blocked if the aerator filter were completely clogged.
