wardrobe slide will not extend

trying to do some prep before leaving for Texas in a week
My RV is currently indoors (although it is only 20 degrees) and dry. All worked properly this summer


the hydraulic slides opened normally (albeit slow due to cold) but the electric slide for the wardrobe will not open. Have moved the selector up and down the keypad in case just a cold spot messing with me, to no avail.


I am plugged into 50A shore power. but did try battery switch in both directions.


Any ideas or insights would be truly welcome

update

did get a chance to talk to a tech briefly....
he thought the slide must have lost power.... a failed motor, something unplugged, etc.


however no hints of where to look.


I did try resetting the breaker but that did not do anything


the amps on battery don' change much 13.1 to 13 when pushing keypad, so motor does not appear to be trying to draw power

update 2

now not sure what to think....
went back out to fuss with the unit some more


when pressing the wardrobe button on the panel could hear a click.... did it several times for both in and out.... then it moved


I was able to open and close 3 or 4 times, but it requires touching and holding the button multiple times before it engages


Thinking there is a relay that is sticking or going bad? not sure as I do not have a manual.. it sounds like under the floor of bathroom or hallway when you hear it 'click'

Maybe the switch is going bad?
IF it's a Schwintek slide, the controller is on the ceiling in your basement pass through.
There is an over ride procedure you can look up Lipert video on YouTube.

I watched a sales video and was able to identify the rear wardrobe slide as a cable slide. Maybe the cable experts can advise you…

Yes, the wardrobe slide is a cable slide
the question mark in your diagram for the bed... it is hydraulic. It goes out when the living room slideouts move.


and yes, the kitchen slideout is a swintec, as it has the S shapes (sideways) and it went out when prompted.

Just thinking out loud here. Could the battery have been very weak, then leaving it plugged in overnight charged enough to get the slide working again?
Your slides work on 12vdc, and require battery power, not just the converter. Especially the hydraulic, but this also would apply to the schwintek. Not sure about cable slides, though. I have no experience with them.
