MONTANA ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGIONAL RALLY 2019 UPDATE
THURSDAY, AUGUST 22 - TUESDAY AUGUST 27,2019
We have been working with Elk Meadows Lodge and RV Resort to put together the following information for our 2019 Rally:
Because we were not able to guarantee 10 spots in time to have them all together, as the campground is booking up quickly since Estes Park is a very popular destination, we have booked the group under Montana Rocky Mountain Regional Rally and Danny Tolar. Each site will need to be booked through Elk Meadows directly with half payment (nonrefundable) due at time of reservation and balance due on arrival.
Discounted rate with Good Sam Membership is $71.79 per night including tax, (with out Good Sam $78.10)
. These rates include up to two people, one RV, one vehicle and up to two dogs per site. (Maximum of 3 dogs per site).
Additional fees: Extra person - $5.00 Extra dog - $3.00
Extra vehicle - $5.00
Elk Meadows is right at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and has full hook ups, an area we can reserve for group meals, a group fire pit, and a small pool and mini golf course.
Please call Elk Meadows at 970-586-5342 to make your reservation and mention Montana Rocky Mountain Rally or Danny Tolar and the will put you as close to the rest of the group as availability allows. After you have made your reservation please let us know you are coming so we can know how many people to plan for as we are putting together a schedule and planning activities.
