tire blow out part 2

well from my first post marabomb my turn,
come to find out i dont have marathon tires. i have powerking towmax tires st235 80 r/16. they are china bomb tires and are made in china i called the 1800 # and found out that i have to take the tire off the rim and they will contact me and i have to send the tire to them and they will determine damage and then we go from there. they will want pics and a estimate of damages, which is no big deal because the monty is at the dealer now. so now we wait.

Not sure if this is true with Goodyear in the states, but I need two estimates before they would settle my claim.

We had the same tire and one blew a couple months ago, causing a bit of damage to the Monty. Everything is taken care of and we are all set now, yet we've had quite the run-around from PowerKing - they sent us to Dynamic Tire who sent us to another company and we're in limbo right now. However....we did not know we had to keep the tire for inspection, so that's part of the issue. We have photos, but that's all.

this is why you need to get g614s....sorry about blow out. each of our blow outs cost around $2400 each time. good luck

estimate from the dealer came in around $4200.00 with labor and parts. i still have the tire waiting to hear from dynamic or whoever on where to send the tire for inspection, subra hope we are takin care of to do you know anybody that you talked to that was helpful at powerking

just got a call from gabrielle and they are sending a ups truck friday after the 4th to pick up the tire she was very nice and helpful gave me her email and phone# and info. i will pass it on to my dealer friday and go from there, so far ok but they havent seen the tire yet.

thanks subra have you gotten everything settled yet. i only talked to her once with the info like i said she hasnt seen the tire or the estimate yet. did you have to go above her head to get help let me know thanks
