Suburban Furnace saga (SF35-VHFQ)

We bought our 3941FO in October 2023. By January 2024 the first blower motor in the Suburban SF35-VHFQ died. In this past February the replacement motor died. Now some 5 weeks later, the third blower motor is dead. At this point, I'm thinking there's some sort of manufacturing defect that's causing a problem with airflow, resulting in premature wear on the motors. I know the motors can be a coin toss in terms of build quality, but for me to have gotten 3 terrible motors in a row seems pretty unlikely (both replacement motors were installed by reputable technicians).

Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, what was the solution? I'm considering replacing the entire core this time (Suburban 2610a I believe), but am a bit apprehensive. I'm somewhat concerned that the SF35-VHFQ is just a bad design. Has anyone had consistent performance from this furnace model? Any advice on the right course of action here? Should I dump the money into converting/swapping it for a Dometic or Fogatti? Should I do a full core replacement? Complete replacement? Roll the dice on another motor?

I know the current motor and work are under warranty, so getting it fixed this time around shouldn't cost me anything, but I'm more worried about the long term and breaking this cycle. This recurring furnace failure is becoming an emotional wound :ROFLMAO:

Here's an update in case anyone out there can benefit from this. I talked to the tech that installed the last blower motor (and burnt out burner tube), and he didn't like the idea of fixing this furnace again. I've gone with the replacement core, Suburban 2610a. It seems there have been some changes in the design that should result in better air flow, which I'm hoping will help the blower motor survive longer.

Anyway, the part that may be the most helpful, especially for full timers out there, is that I found the replacement core on Amazon, from the Suburban storefront for just over $500 new, with free next-day shipping (Prime). When you compare that with the $800 it cost me to fix it last time, it seems like it's simpler and more cost effective to just change it out.
