Sturdier Glides for Large Bedroom Drawers

Hello All,
We recently bought a used 2020 294rl. The drawer glides for the big drawers in the bedroom are quite cheap and flimsy. Anyone find some replacement glides that they really like? I would like some kind of "lift and pull" locking glides.

We’ve had the factory drawer slides fail in a couple places and gone with Blum self closing, side mount slides. The brands they have at HD, Lowe’s, Amazon should work if you have the length. You’ll have to confirm if you have side mount slides - ie the slides mount to the sides of the drawer and the cabinet frame. Note the rear of the cabinet might have a block or support hanging from above or the side, inside the cabinet but the screws still are installed horizontally.

I replaced mine a couple months ago. The big drawers on my bedroom dresser require a 12" side mount slide. I could not find them in stock; ordered from Lowes. 12" drawer slides. They are much better than the OEM junk. However, those are big drawers; not sure they will ever be real good. I have it on my project list to rip that dresser out and build a new one with reasonably sized drawers.

PS: My kitchen drawers all take 16" side mount slides.
