We travel a lot so setting up and tearing down is normal for us. My question regards the turning off and on of the residential fridge. Should I while hooked up to shore power turn the big red Button in the front compartment be off and turn off the inverter in the garage or leave it on all the time. While traveling should the big red button in the front compartment be turned on or off and should the inverter be turned on? Hope this all makes scene !

Assuming your big red button is the battery disconnect that feeds your inverter, I would leave it on all the time unless you don't want your refrigerator running. The refrigerator will use shore power when available, or battery power when not. Your tow vehicle, shore power or solar if you have it will charge your batteries. If power goes out, the fridge will change over to using battery and keep your food from spoiling. No down side to leaving it on.
