Today, we returned from a state park campout. After dumping the Tanks at the Dump Station, we headed home.
upon unhooking, I noticed a small drip coming from the 4" area under the rear bathroom. It was not a gusher, just continues dripping for
a few minutes.

Now, has anyone removed the undercover to expose the valve gates? I am assuming the valve gate is above the 90-degree elbow that is below the fabric and all the Foam Around it. Really need to figure out the issue, before it really becomes a LEAK!! :)

Can anyone recommend or know how to remove the liner, without cutting it or destroying it?

Looking at your floor plan below and a pic of the plumbing in the basement area…I don’t understand what you are describing as the “the 4” area under the rear bathroom”. Are you seeing water drips hitting the basement floor? Or drips coming out of the coroplast bottom below the RV? Are the drips coming off the sink pipes? Or the shower? Or the toilet?

If you used your blackjack flush when you dumped, look for the "Anti siphon vacuum breaker valve" under your bathroom sink. It's a black plastic valve connected to white PEX pipes. They are notorious for leaking. You will only see it leak when using it.
If that's the source, replace it with a brass one (Lowes, any hardware store).
