Slow Rear Cable Slide on 2018 High Country 345RL

The rear slide on driver side has become very slow. The motor stops a couple times during extensions and retraction and resumes after a minute of rest. Several of the cables are like banjo strings. I cannot find any information regarding this cable configuration. Do I treat it like a accu- slide? Replace motor and gearbox and adjust as recommended?

The cables that are actually moving the slide either in or out should and will be tight the other cables should have some slack in them. The electric motor could be going bad. It sounds like the gears in the gear box aren’t stripped since it stops and then starts after a while.

Additional research discovered this is a double back system. Works much like the standard accu- slide, but designed for deep slides. I ordered a new motor/gearbox assembly and plan to replace and adjust as described in the video from Bal.
