Slideout Awning/Cover/Topper Repair

For reasons I won't get into, I need to repair this myself. It looks like it should be a simple repair, but I'd appreciate any insights you may have, even if it's a warning to NOT repair it myself. The cover itself is not ripped, a storm pulled it out of the track.

It is not that difficult. I replaced the fabric on all of mine on our 2012 by myself and I'm an old man. I can't remember the details but be sure to USE EXTREME CAUTION as the rollers are spring loaded. Check "You Tube" for how-to videos.
 
You may have to replace the track because it may not hold your awning to your rig.
 
Here's a youtube video showing the replacement of the fabric. I searched for Solera Awning Fabric replacement to find it. In my case, the spline was coming out on the roller end. Concept is the same. It's not difficult, just cumbersome and on a longer slide like yours, might require 2 people.
