Slide out windows

2019 3121RL, It appears to me that the windows in the side wall of bedroom and living room slides are not installed properly which may be reason for water in the corner of floor in slide. The slide wall is to thin for the window and it appears that they used some sort of rubber to seal between frame of window and wall. I first noticed the gap when looking at the window next to the stairs. I have researched the internet and found that a spacer should be on the inside ring to make up for the gap. Any ideas?

You might want to check and make sure the window was installed correctly. A few on the forum have reported the window installed upside down. The weep holes for the window frames were on the top. This created the same situation you are experiencing.

I think the window frames are set in butyl putty - not a spacer. I have read about gaps in the putty due to bad installation, and water could leak thru the gap.
The pic below shows the most common sources of these leaks that I have noticed by reading the forum.

Of course the window frame perimeter should be caulked/re-caulked from time to time with ProFlex clear (especially across the top and down the side a bit), but also check the bottom trim angle. The roof membrane trim is a possibility for leaks, but less likely than the window or the bottom trim angle.

Weep holes are on bottom. Window is not installed properly it should have butyl but has some hind of rubber seal like storage bay rubber. I plan to remove and reinstall using spacer on inside ring as shown on motion windows web site.

We have a 2019 3120. I can attach photos of ours if you can tell me specifically what you would like. We do not have any leaks that I know of. I have had water on the bedroom floor that followed the lower schwintek track from the outside.

Check between the outside of window frame and wall. I have at least 1/8" gap and I can see a rubber seal instead of the butyl tape. This is the same on my bedroom slide also. I keep a ball inserted between slide topper and top of slide to keep water off. If I forget to do this I will get a flood of water running down over this window when I retract slide and that's when I find the carpet in corner of slide damp. The window manufactures show a spacer for the inside ring to be used if wall is to thin for window.

Mine do have a gap. They appear to be set in a foam seal. I have attached photos. Let me know if this is not what you are referring to.

That is exactly what I see on my windows. On Motion Windows web site they show a spacer that should be on the inside frame that would allow the butyl seal to be used on the outside.
