Shade Problem

Own a 2018 3700LK. Window shade came off the roller. Cannot figure out how to remove the roller to reglue the shade.

Roller is recessed under window cornice so access is limited. I tried pushing out the end of the roller bracket. It moves but not enough for the bar to come off.

Can anyone give me guidance?

The shades are on a metal bar that is attached to two brackets, attached to the wall.The brackets are black. The brackets have a tab on the bottom that you push up to release the top of the bar, lean the bar forward and lift. It should lift right out.
This can be done without removing the cornice.
Installing the shade is just the reverse. Be sure to recenter the shade before snapping it back into the bracket.
The shades should have adjustments in the ends to adjust the tension and stopping point when raising them.
