I’d like to give a shout out to Shade Pro (they sell the Vista Shade awning attachment). I ordered one last summer and just got around to putting it on only to discover I bought the wrong size. I called them a told them the situation (it took two different calls) but in the end, they sent me the correct size and requested that I return the original one (which I did AFTER I received the new one). It only cost me shipping to return the original one. They didn’t have to replace the item because it was my mistake and it had been a year. Because they did, and because it’s a great product, they will have a return customer.
