Sewer Boom

Our sewer boom works great, just cap the hose then put it into the boom and close the end. No surprises because the sewer hose is capped off.

We've used our boom w/o any problems. The first thing I did though was to replace the hose inside with a longer one and thus far, it's worked out well. I still use a 45 clear adapter and then the Rhino hose for the extension.

After seeing the complaints and fixes some did here, I modified ours. The first thing I did was cut off the end of the sewer outlet and glued on a combo gate valve and clear flush head. Then I put a longer tube on the boom and cut off about half of the flexible rubber between the boom tube and the gate valve. With the rubber boot cut in half, the boom will now swing almost 180 degrees (probably around 170). And with the longer tube, a 15 foot 'slinky' fits well. The last thing I did was run PVC pipe from the clear flush head out to the bottom of the trailer to make putting a hose on it easier.
