Just watched a video on new "inverter" type AC units. Here is the link if interested:

As the unit is not made for ducted systems, my question to you Montana Wizards is "could you not directly replace the front Dometic unit with the Greenland unit if you were willing to give up the tie into the duct system and just let it work directly into the RV as if not ducted?"
Reason to do it: much more efficient, quieter, and it has built in heat pump.
Thoughts??
