RGV 2010 -11 News

I am looking for a few reports from the RGV. Anything new and are they done with construction on 77-83. We missed last year but are looking at a date after New Years to leave the frozen North. I always have to look for a launch date because of weather here in MI; and down through IN.

Things are fine down here..was over to Donna Yesterday and the interstate was in great shape..its busy over there and the full onslaught of winter texans hasnt even started yet..was at SPI to dirty als and it was 3/4 full at dinner time..I have noticed that commercial development (stores/malls/restaurants etc) seem to be going full tilt..progress is coming up from Brownsville and filling in between Mercedes and Harlingen...the stores are bsuy most of the time..and there are reports that crime is rising proportionally..havent been to pogresso yet though,,
