In the spirit of keeping everyone informed, the rally fee for the 2010 Virginia - Mid-Atlantic Rally will be $20 per rig. The fee will cover the cost of name tags, selected door prizes as well as gift bags for all of the attendees (knowing Cathy, you will be impressed with both the gifts and door prizes!!). I will be donating the ink-jet ink for the name tags (those who attended the last couple of Va. rallies will remember that they are full color name tags that highlight the scenery of the area with a Blue Ridge Mountain backdrop for the name tags). For those who have not responded to the name tag thread, I will be preparing name tags this weekend so please respond. I will have the printer and computer at the rally for those who choose to procrastinate even further. Those MOCers who are new to rallies will be glad to also know that 1/2 of the rally fee will be donated to the MOC forum as well. In addition, there will be a half-and-half raffle at the rally where one lucky ticket purchaser will win half of the proceeds of the sales and the other half will be donated to the forum. Now if I can just talk George into being a salesman for the rally again?? Can't wait for next week!!!
