Good Afternoon all,
We own a 2022 MHC 295RL. This unit has a Suburban gas stove, the one with the recall that I've ignored (I think it's a safety issue to shut off all the lights to "solve" a Suburban/Keystone problem). My wife bumped one of the knobs yesterday while using the stove top and now the red light will not shut off. I'd hate to have to disconnect the PCB as the recall instructions state, to .resolve this issue.
Has anyone had a similar problem and resolved it without losing all their safety lights? Any help would be appreciated.
Gerry
