We have a new 3900FB Montana with a fireplace and my question is that
the glass is loose and keeps rattling as we walk in the RV.
Anyone else have this problem. And does anyone have a fix for this.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ours is/was loose also. We placed a small piece of pipe insulation between the wood trim and the glass. It is placed such that you cannot see the pipe insulation.

Bingo is right on. As long as it's under warranty let them fix or replace whatever is not functioning properly.

Have everything done that needs fixing in the first year, because after that it is on your dime. Use it a lot to find out any problems that need fixing at dealers expense.

Ours was loose too, I purchased some of those small stick-on bumpers used for cabinets and such (They are round or square and you remove the backing to expose the adhesive). I used the smallest I could find and wedged them in the bottom corners to keep the glass snug. Seems to work okay; no more noise, they are too low to be affected by the heat of the unit and they are still in place.

This is from an RV part-timer person. I can't say they would work for a full-timer as well since we don't travel as often, but it's been several thousand miles and about 5 years and nothing has broken in that regard.
