Power Tower USB Ports and Electrical Outlets Not Working

Has anyone repaired or replaced the power towers? All of the USB ports have stopped working and now on one of them the electrical outlets have stopped working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I replaced the pop-up outlet at the dining table a couple of years ago. I had to gently pry off an “end panel” to get to it. The plywood end panel was held on by pin nails…just went slow and easy with a pry bar so as not to damage the wood veneer. I think these pop up plugs simply plug into a wall outlet underneath the countertop. Unscrew the keeper nut below and it pulls up easy.

You need to know the diameter of the hole in the countertop - then go on Amazon…there are numerous choices. I think mine was $39 or so back then. Put the cabinet panel back on with trim screws to make it easy to remove next time.

Replaced mine a few years ago. Found a new one on Amazon that looked very close.
