My trailer is a 2021 Montana 3120RL. I have a problem with the outlets inside the trailer that have the sunshine sticker on them, which I assume is related to the solar panel powered outlets. All of the outlets that are marked with that Sun sticker do not work and in addition to that, the outlet for the refrigerator doesn’t work as well, and I cannot find where the problem would be. I have checked the fuses and breakers and all are working. Any suggestions?

I believe those stickers indicate the outlet are powered by the inverter when shore power is missing.
The inverter should detect shore power and pass it through to the outlets. When the shore power is disconnected, the inverter draws 12V battery power (fed by the solar system) and converts it to 120V to the outlets.
Take a good look at your inverter as I am sure that is there the problem lays.

Thinking the trailer might be new to you. A couple pictures from our ‘21. However, your inverter might not be the same one but should give an idea on what to look for.

You should have a power switch in your battery bay that goes to the inverter. Picture shows the switch in the “On” position. Arrow down is “Off”.

Our inverter is mounted on the ceiling in the storage compartment behind the battery bay. You have turn the inverter On. When On, the light inside the large circle will show power or fault status. The light inside the small circle will show green that the outlet is working. If the green light is Off but the inverter power light is On, you might have to reset this GFCI outlet with the buttons on it. This should get your refrig going.

If it still doesn’t work, you’ll probably have to check the circuit breaker and that large fuse between the battery and battery switch. If you get error codes on the inverter, you’ll have to look them up in the manual for the make and model you have.

Make sure the inverter is turned on. There should be a remote mounted switch for it where all your light and slide out switches are. Believe it has a yellow button and a small display that will show battery voltage

Make sure your battery switch is on. I had a problem with my slides and after paying a tech to come out and check them found out someone had turned off my battery switch in the compartment. Now always make sure it is locked. Was one of them things I had never checked when trouble shooting because I never turn it off.
