Update: borrowed the KOAs meter. Googled and called several mobile techs. Billy with Billys RV Service returned my voicemail first. Got up on the roof with multimeter checking wires he told me. Voltage on the blue and black wire was 13.7. Voltage to the 12v plug was also good. Decided to try the phone app - and the darn thing came on correctly. Put the metal cover on the box and something sparked inside. Took photos texted to Billy and he spotted the two burned red wires at the top of the board. (Edit…actually the red wire and the brown wire…zoom on the pic to the top of the board and you can see the burn mark). Im only getting 11.8 volts now. Thermostat was flashing CONNECTION INTERUPTED…did not trust the unit. Will go to Texas RV Supply tomorrow in search of a new board. We bought a big room AC 10,000 btu unit at lowes. We are now cold. Not sure why the thermostat was dead at first. Will call micro-air tomorrow.
Edit: Billy was vaguely familiar with micro air thermostats, but he seemed to remember there was a Bluetooth problem associated with these tstats. Yesterday - stuff happened and I did a couple of stupid things that tested this 47 yr marriage! Hope today goes better for me and I don’t test my DW any more.
