Gary, I'm not sure what happened but on the Parking Volunteer list, all I get is names and when they signed up, not the info like what day they plan on arriving. Do you or Clark have any suggestions?

That might help. My pc did an update and I haven't been able to tweak it back to working right. I get some info but not all of it. I sure seem to spend a lot of time on this time saving device. Thanks.

We are looking forward to our first Montana Rally. Will there be a schedule come out before hand with times for everything? We are travelling with another party and we would like to sign up for some of the volunteering, but would like to know times for the events.

We are looking forward to our first Montana Rally. Will there be a schedule come out before hand with times for everything? We are travelling with another party and we would like to sign up for some of the volunteering, but would like to know times for the events.

Almost every volunteer opportunity is at a time where there are no other events scheduled. For example, volunteering to serve a meal will not impact attending other events. Volunteering to help with Silent Auction / Door Prizes commits you during a meal as well for the most part. And should a conflict occur you can always discuss with the coordinator so you can attend a session and come late to the volunteer event, although I can't really think of many that would have a major conflict.
The WM team is working hard to finalize the schedule with the various presenters. One of the challenges with an event this size is having to publish changes to a schedule. We appreciate your patience and hope to have something published soon.
