Newbie: New Tires and Sailun Brand Tires?

I have researched through all the threads, and think I have reached tire brain over load. There is so much great advice from you experts. In any event here is my situation.

I have a 2018 3721rl Montana - 39' 7" - Dry Weight 13,317 lbs

It has been sitting stationary at my lake property on a cement slab for the past 4 years. We have never traveled with it. Factory tires. I am retiring, and now we are planning to start traveling with it. I have read the nightmares on here regarding blow outs on factory tires and it seems the consensus agree that Sailun Tires are the way to go. So I have a few questions.

1. If my Montana is sitting stationary for 4 years the factory tires are probably best replaced before traveling on them?

2. What size of Sailun tires would you replace them with?

3. Is there a best place to buy them? Price?

Thank you for any help. I know we newbies can test your patience, but I am trying to learn as much as possible before going on our maiden voyage.

I just had a blowout of a 5 year old tire, did some damage but repairable. I decided I was going with a high quality tire and chose Sailun S637T ST235/85R16 G/14PLY which is the size you will need for your 3721RL. I paid $226 each installed and balanced.

If you do go with Sailun G rated tires, make sure your rims can go to 110psi. There is a stamp on the inboard side that tells you.

3. Is there a best place to buy them? Price? I bought mine pre-Covid so not sure about current pricing. I would start combing the internet and find your best delivered pricing. There are places that will mount them for you

I bought my Saliuns online from (???? Brain is not working presently - sorry) Fall 2020 and had Discount Tire mount them. When I went to Discount Tire I had 3 tires in the back seat and 2 in the truck bed. Those are heavy tires. The tough part for me was finding a Discount Tire that I could easily get the Monte into the parking lot without high-center driveway approaches and trees limbs hitting the sides (both problems at my local Discount Tire). I went to a store 20 miles away.

I bought Sailun in May after blowing 0NE. Big O Tires Silver City, NM got ST235-85R-16 - $960 out the door - one day delivery from his warehouse.

I ordered 4 Sailuns from Wal-Mart in Mar at $164.52 each and had then installed at Discount Tire (aka America's Tire) for an additional $20 each

I purchased my Sailuns at T&W Tire, their website shows locations in Missouri Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana , and Kansas. They install commercial vehicle tires at their locations so moving my Montana around the installation area was a breeze. They don't show up as a dealer on the Sailun website but they do sell and service the tires. I got 4 new 14 ply ST235-85R-16 tires installed with new metal stems on five rims and all five tires balanced for just over $1000 in June of this year. One of my tires was only two years old so they moved it to my spare.

Your OEM sized tires (ST235/80R16 LRG) Are more than adeciduate for your 7000# vehicle certified axles. There are more than a dozen brand names that built that size and load capacity tire.

If you did not take the weight off the current tires while sitting, they are probably destroyed, especially if not parodically rotated 180 degrees.

I just bought a new set of salium tires from simply tires. They have free shipping anywhere In the 48 states. I would recommend going with the factory size. Yes your tires have been sitting way too long. Blowouts are not cheap they can run anywhere from hundred to thousand dollars.
