Hello everyone,
We are new Montana owners! We just purchased a like new 2019 Montana 3791rd barely even used. It was kept inside and taken out maybe once, if that. We are NOT new to Keystone RVs as we had a 2010 Hornet that we absolutely loved camping in, but it finally was ready to be traded in. The Hornet was a real education into camping for us and our 4 kiddos and 2 dogs. We had a great time camping, even with some water issues that happened with a sealant issue on one of our slide outs. We graduated to our Montana and found this community in our research. We live in Michigan and love going around nearby as well as across the country!
Has anyone had any structural issues (or other things) with their 2019 Montana 3791rd?
Glad to meet you all!

The 3791 is a nice rig with a lot of storage. Enjoy it and welcome to the forum.

Welcome. I have a 2019 3791RD and I had frame and sidewall cracks at the rear slides on both sides and under the bedroom slide. After several attempts to fix at our dealer, Keystone had the unit shipped to them and they repaired it.
That was last year and, so far, the repairs are good. While they had the unit, they also fixed a few things they found not related to the frame and sidewall cracks.
Overall, we are happy with it. Lots of storage and room.

@RMcNeal (from post #4 above) has the same unit so maybe he can chime in on structural issues for the 3791RD. You might try searching the forum for 3791RD and read past threads you may find on the issue. To my knowledge - nobody in the forum keeps track of structural issues by type of failure or by specific year and/or model. Also - I am not aware of any sage advice to find in the forum for “how to prevent frame failure or broken stud welds.” The simple advice I follow is be careful how you load up the rig with gear and stuff…don’t overload the rig…perform the routine maintenance, and drive slow on the bomb-cratered highways and byways.
