Hello and welcome. You got a pre- covid rig, so you should find the build quality and materials to hold up very well. We currently have a 2011 model we bought in 2010, stored inside when not used and still looks and functions as new.

If you are planning on traveling a lot for retirement, you will enjoy it. We went to Alaska twice! The first time we were too early and missed the salmon run at Hyder, AK. Actually stayed at Stewart, BC about 5 miles from Hyder. There is a National something or other at Fish Creek by Hyder. See the grizzlies in the wild meander up the creek. The salmon return somewhere around early August.
Oh, and we have put on 150,000 miles on 2 rigs! Been an adventure (sometimes not a good one! LOL )
