Hello!

Husband and I are upgrading from an Outback 221UMD to the brand new Keystone Montana 3532SP - and we are SO EXCITED! We first heard about the 3531RE with a sun patio and ordered it - sight unseen from the Montana Rep. That was on 09/28/24. Meanwhile, Keystone change the name to 3532SP, have changed a few other things (all for the better), and we didn't even see the RV until the Tampa RV show in January. The first production model comes off the line on 04/24 and it's ours. WAHOO!

Hubby (Greg, a Ford parts guy) and I (Barb, project manager), along with our rottweiler girl (Bronwyn) plan to retire at the end of next year and roll into full time RVing. Our plan is to see the country by spending 2-3 weeks at each location. We're currently living in North Clayton. In my free time, I paint barn quilts.

We are excited to join the Montana Owners Club. We're looking forward to our first rally and meeting other Montana owners.

Welcome. That is a beautiful rig. Hope you make many wonderful memories.

Mine should be right beside yours.
Dealer said first week of may.
I have full body paint and MorRyde IS.

I watched a video of a guy at the Florida RV show going thru this model. His comment in the kitchen - 'a nice large kitchen with a lot of counter space'. Other Montanas are the same way. I would estimate there is about 6-8 feet of counter. Our unit has somewhere around 14-15 feet!! And it all gets used.
That is a drawback I see in most units.
And another bugaboo in this model is a kitchen table for 2! Obviously not having many guests over. I just don't see it!

This patio may or may not be good. I would have to see it, especially folded in. Just curious how they sqeeze all that in. LOL
Hope you enjoy it all, however. Each to his own....

We use our trailer for camping and not for having dinner parties in.
The table we have now rarely gets used. Eating, for the most part, is done outside.
I’ve been in the 3531RE, and all they’ve done is taken that wall and made it fold down. It’s basically like a hallway between the kitchen counter and the wall, which is what most units have with the dining table and island…pathway to the rear. So that didn’t bother me. The patio is sort of gimmicky, it’s only 4’deep. It doesn’t need to be folded out to use the trailer, so I considered it a bonus.
I wish the pantry wasn’t double sided and the one side was a just a counter top with cabinets above. The one side is sort of made like that when the sliding door is open, but the door has to be slid open to access that and the counter spot isn’t very big.
I like the u shape couch, it’s huge. When the bed is folded out, then it’s a big bed.

This model has pulled me over from Jayco NorthPoint/Pinnacles. Their floor plans have just dried up and aren’t very exciting anymore…same old. I almost went Brinkley, but I was unimpressed.
This will be my first Keystone…every manufacturer builds like crap, so it’s not like I’m moving up or down in quality. I like how Keystone does Montana’s full body paint over Jayco though.

Welcome. Hope you get a professional inspection done before you sign any papers. We took about 6 hours to go thru ours. Don't leave the lot until everything is fixed! Don't sign anything until then. Enjoy

I got word today that our rig is running just a day behind and will be done tomorrow (04/25). After that, it goes to paint. We're hoping for delivery to Raleigh, NC by May 16th. I'll keep you posted!!

@BearBunny
Do you know if you are still on schedule?
Our 3532SP did come off the line today with no issues or shortages. She (her name is Rose) went to paint this afternoon. Rep said this part takes 10-12 days. Fingers crossed that we'll have her by May 16th, which is our first scheduled camping trip.
