Need Help

The winds was so bad last night that it took the cover to our AC.. It is a 2003 3280 model does anyone have this model and year and know what is the brand name of the AC that came on the unit.. please let me know as I need to order one and do not want to get the wrong brand. Thank you

I would bet it is the Duotherm Briskair old style.

I have a 2002 3280 and I believe it is a duotherm but will check when I get home and confirm.

Linda, our 2003 3295RK had the Duotherm. So did our 2001 and our 2007 model Montanas. I think BriskAir, as jsmitfl said, is correct.

I bet if you called the keystone customer service 800 number and gave them the last six digits of the VIN number they could tell you exactly what it was. The VIN is on the numbers plate on the outside of the rig, the one that shows GVWR, etc.

I had to contact them for a "build list" showing exactly what was originally installed on our Montana and they emailed it to me. Good Same ESP wanted, in our case, to see that our rig came from the factory with washer/dryer prep so they could cover our dead washer last year.

My 2002 2955 has Duotherm by Dometic Model 59516.331 15,000 BTU

OK here is what I did, I found a card in my pack of stuff that the dealer gave us that has a model# and another # on it so I called Camping world in Oklahoma city and they mailed out one on monday I got it on Wed. It would not fit it was about 4 inches to short.. While up on the roof my grandson took pictures Of this Model number..80611742..C-RH105H2-A Ozz do you have anything like that... It is a Dometic Durotherm...I am Lost..LOL...
