We need several people who can help with Audio / Video support for our guest speakers and seminar presenters. The ECCC building has a new AV system that was installed last summer when the facility was renovated. The new system is quite easy to use and every presentation area has microphones and wired connections to the projection system.
Volunteer responsibilities include making sure the microphones have fresh batteries and assisting the presenter with connecting their laptop / tablet to the system to present slides. Volunteers will also help move and setup the portable PA system when it is needed for events like Flag Retirement, Lest We Forget (9-11 Remembrance), etc. using a WM team provided golf cart.
We will familiarize volunteers with all of the equipment sometime on Thursday, September 10th before all the events kickoff.
