The Registration for the 2025 MOC Fall Rally is now Open!!

The rally will be held for 8 days beginning on Thursday, September 4th and running through Thursday, September 11th with departure on the 12th.
There are two optional early arrival days available: Tuesday, September 2nd (arrival no earlier than 1pm) and Wednesday, September 3rd.
Packet Pick-up hours:
• Wednesday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
• Thursday from 11:00am-1:00pm
Rally Location:
Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds,
17746 County Rd 34,
Goshen, IN 46528

Only 200 sites will be available for the rally.

Waiting List Process:

Once we hit the capacity and you try to register, you will not be able to continue but you will be given the option of placing your name on the waiting list.

Once you complete the request to be put on the waiting list you will receive a confirmation email and be placed on the list based on the day and time of your email confirmation.

When a spot opens up due to a cancellation, an email will be sent to the first person on the waiting list, inviting them to register. The registration will be on a first come, first served basis. To register for the event, you will click the link and be taken to the registration site.

You must complete your registration within 24 hours. If not, the next person on the waiting list will be contacted.

Costs:

For 2025 the rally and camping fees for each RV with up to 2 people will be:
• Eight days, September 4th through September 11th is $425.
• Arrive two days early on September 2nd is an additional $80.00.
• Arrive just one day early on September 3rd is an additional $40.00.
The charge for each additional guest is $50 per person.

Note: You should not book your campground reservation for the rally directly with the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. It will automatically be booked for you through the Cvent on-line registration process. However, campground reservations for a departure date after 9/12 must be made directly with the Elkhart County Fairgrounds - (Phone – 574-533-3247).

Golf Carts - To help rally attendees get around, we plan to have optional golf cart rentals available again this year (watch for a separate post in the near future).

Handicap Accessible Sites - There are a limited number of conveniently located sites for individuals with disabilities available on a first come first served basis. Send your request via Private Message to the Wagon Master (rames14) as soon as your registration is complete.

Also, please note, “group” or “buddy” camping site requests will NOT be accepted due to the large number of attendees & the planning nightmare it generates. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note: the charge for the rally fees will show up as
Rally n Events LLC

on your credit card statement.

Please note, the rally has filled quickly in the past couple years, so don’t hesitate, sign up today!

The 2025 MOC Rally Refund Policy is as follows:

Any cancellation prior to July 1st will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Any cancellation from July 1st thru July 31st will be charged a $100.00 fee.

Any cancellation after July 31st will not receive a refund.

Note: Any of our Canadian friends that register for the rally will not be charged a cancellation fee if the United States/Canadian border is not open to allow them to travel to or from the States. As long as the border is open, the above refund policy will be enforced.

Code of Conduct:

Rally attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and with consideration for others. To help prevent and manage conflicts, we have established a code of conduct for our rally attendees who may be subject to removal from the rally for any of, but not limited to, the following reasons.

1. Rally attendees are expected to refrain from displays of violent or abusive behavior, and to maintain control of their temper, when around other attendees, vendors and sponsors during all activities at the “Fall Rally”.

2. Discrimination is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. This includes discrimination based on sex, race, color, nationality, ethnic or national origin, ancestry, citizenship, religion or belief, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, veteran status or marital status.

3. Use of profane language or any behavior that is unsolicited, unwanted, and deemed harassment of an attendee of the “Fall Rally”.

The full "Code of Conduct" will be posted on the Forum. All attendees will be required to signify that they have read and understand the code of conduct during the registration process.

Again this year, we will be using Cvent to sign up for the rally, pay your fees and also to enter your information for the rally book.
