My husband Michael and I would like to help out with serving meals.
BearBunny,This is my first rally but LOVE to take pictures and have the right camera to do it. I'm happy to volunteer to be a shutterbug.
Thank you for volunteering. We can use the help! Stay in touch and as we get closer to the rally we will be posting more.My husband Michael and I would like to help out with serving meals.
I will help Donna and Barry with Saturday night socialVOLUNTEERS MAKE THE RALLY WHAT IT IS!
When Jerry and I attended our first rally several years ago we sat back and watched without stepping up and volunteering. It was a big mistake on our part because we missed getting to know more about the rally and getting to know other attendees that first year.
So, if you want to get involved, whether it's just volunteering to help or willing to be a volunteer coordinator we will truly appreciate you.
Each member of your Wagon Master Team has been assigned classes, seminars, tours and functions to overall coordinate. Each of those assignments needs assistance to help run a successful event. The volunteer does NOT have to teach any classes. The volunteer coordinator is the Point of Contact (POC) for the course, event or function.
Jerry and Laura are looking for volunteers/coordinators for:
1. ASA In-Command Presentation.***Larry and Kaprice Crawford have volunteered to coordinate this.***
2. Keystone Plant Tour-Just schedules attendees to tour times and date. ***David and Beate Powell have volunteered to coordinate all Keystone events.***
3. Keystone Customer Service Tour- same as plant tour.
***David and Beate Powell have volunteered to coordinate Keystone tours.***
4. Keystone Lunch & Presentation-Keystone provides the meal and volunteer coordinator organizes other volunteers to hand out meals.***Sam and Marcia Davies have volunteered to coordinate this with the assistance of Tom and Marsha Beswetherick and Lee and Renee Kleinjan.***
5. Keystone Empowerment Center-same as plant tour if this takes place at Keystone.
6. Lippert-Leveling Basics Presentation and Slide out Basics Presentation.
7. Montana 101-The outside presentation.
8. Pet Parade-Will be in the late afternoon/early evening at the nightly campfire. Hope that in the later part of day we can get better participation with both pet owners and observers.
9. Photography-this volunteer coordinator usually gets 4 or 5 others to just take pictures of the various events they attend, download on the memory sticks provided by us and submit those pictures at the end of each day. We have audiovisual volunteers who then play those throughout the rally.
10. Saturday Night Social-This is a BYOB, snacks or other goodies that attendees bring for a fun filled gathering. We would like a theme if possible. ***Donna and Barry of CarolinaCampers have volunteered to coordinate this.***
11. CPR Cert, AED - Linda Wooderson has volunteered to coordinate this.
Just reach out if interested and we're looking forward to having you on the team.

We are Greg and Barbara Brown. And sure, I'm a sucker when it comes to volunteering and wouldn't mind being the head photograph. Both Greg & I love to take pictures.BearBunny,
Thank you for volunteering. What are your actual names? Would you be interested in heading up the photography? we supply the thumb drives for all who are taking pictures. The "head" photographer collects those drives each evening and coordinates with us. My cell phone is 360-292-3056 if you want to talk about it.

We're happy to co-coordinate and gladly accept any assistance since we're first timers! LOL I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.I was starting to send a message that I would coordinate photography again, but I see Greg and Barbara have stepped forward. I will gladly assist with photos again.
That would work well. Last year they set up an E-mail account so people could send pictures that they had taken with their phone, which helped a lot. I can handle that part if you want to handle the thumb drives. And you can ride the lift for the group picture since I did that last year. We're happy to co-coordinate and gladly accept any assistance since we're first timers! LOL I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.
Dan and I are willing to help with meals and the campfires. Let us know what days/meals. Thanks!
You know Jim and I are happy to help in any way we can!VOLUNTEERS MAKE THE RALLY WHAT IT IS!
