VOLUNTEERS MAKE THE RALLY WHAT IT IS!

12 JUNE UPDATE: WE ARE NEEDING VOLUNTEERS FOR THE MORYDE LUNCH SET UP AND CLEAN UP. PLEASE REACH OUT TO KIM AND BOBBY HILL OR ANY WAGON MASTER TEAM MEMBER. The rally and all the functions of the rally work best when attendees volunteer, getting to know other attendees, making the rally better than ever, because the rallies are only as good as the attendees make them.

When Jerry and I attended our first rally several years ago we sat back and watched without stepping up and volunteering. It was a big mistake on our part because we missed getting to know more about the rally and getting to know other attendees that first year.

So, if you want to get involved, whether it's just volunteering to help or willing to be a volunteer coordinator we will truly appreciate you.

David and I would be happy to help with either or both Keystone tours and the firepit. And if needed with the food.

Thank you. David and Beate its appreciated that you are stepping up. Would you like to coordinate the signing up of the factory tours? Keystone tours are usually only 20-30 individuals at a time and once we know those times and dates then you could schedule attendees.

On the days of packet pickups at the rally, the rally attendees will visit each specific event, signing up. You would be that person at the table signing them up and informing them of the date and times to be at Keystone.

Let me know for sure if you want to do this. I appreciate you both!

I'm not sure who is coordinating the nightly campfire at this time, but any help is always appreciated.

Yes, we can do the signing up for the tours. And the flamethrower, ... uhm, I mean Firepit. Hahaha

Barry and I will be happy to help with sign ups, silent auction, some meals, Saturday night social, gift exchange, corn hole tournament, etc.

Side note, I hope Jeff is doing another cooking demo (And I’m happy to help with that too!)…I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made the chicken pesto pasta salad!!

Larry and Kaprice Crawford would like to volunteer for any of the Keystone, Montana, ASA In-Command, or Lippert tours and/or presentations where needed.

I can volunteer for the Keystone plant tours. Got 5 years of experience of signing up, coordinating and scheduling the Keystone plant tours.

CarolinaCampers, Thank you for volunteering! Would love to have you set up the Saturday night social. Keystone is planning on providing the DJ for the event. There is still discussion on if we do a themed event. The MOC events are always wanting new ideas, new volunteers and the help. We will be in touch after our trip to Keystone in April.

Thanks again,
Laura & Jerry Thorsell

Thank you Sam and Marcia, we would love to have you coordinate that again. I have some other volunteers as well and maybe you could show them what we do and they can coordinate other meals as well.

Thank you,
Laura and Jerry Thorsell

Tom and Marsha Beswetherick will help with meal
Thank you, Tom and Marsha, for stepping up and volunteering. We would love to have you help with any meals. Not sure which sponsored meal with be the first one at the rally, so will keep you posted. Sam and Marcia Davies have the experience for the catered meals and we're hoping to match you and the other couple up with them to see how it's done if you haven't done it before. We will be traveling up to Keystone in April to start the coordinating for the rally and when we get back we will know more.

Thanks again,
Laura and Jerry Thorsell

Lee and Renee Kleinjan would be happy with helping with the meals.

4. Keystone Lunch & Presentation-Keystone provides the meal and volunteer coordinator organizes other volunteers to hand out meals.***Sam and Marcia Davies have volunteered to coordinate this with the assistance of Tom and Marsha Beswetherick and Lee and Renee Kleinjan.***

Steve and Diane Knight volunteer to help with the Keystone lunch.

This is my first rally but LOVE to take pictures and have the right camera to do it. I'm happy to volunteer to be a shutterbug.
