Most evenings during the rally feature a relaxing campfire where folks gather to mingle with friends, meet new people and share stories about their travel adventures. Some nights feature music or s'mores, and this year the pet parade will happen at the campfire. The flag retirement ceremony is also a solemn tradition one evening before we light the fire.
We are looking for a handful of volunteers to oversee the campfire for one evening, then reset the fire pits the following day for the next campfire. The campfire generally goes from 8-10pm. A campfire volunteer schedule will be established once the NAFR25 schedule is posted so as not to interfere with any other events or activities you plan to attend. The job is pretty simple, doesn’t take a lot of time or effort and it’s a fun way to contribute to the rally. All materials and equipment are provided. All we need is you.
Volunteer needs have been met. Thank you volunteers. I will set up a volunteer schedule once the rally schedule is posted to avoid any potential conflicts with other evening activities.
