Montana HC 381TB GFCI Outlets Not Resetting

My GFCI reset plug is getting power but all others that are labeled GFCI are not. All solar plugs and regular outlets are getting power. Tried resetting the main Gfci but plugs will not reset. Anyone else experience this? What was the issue?

Have you looked for a 2nd GFCI outlet? Often there are two.

Have you pulled the GFCI receptacle and measured the voltage into and out of the receptacle??.

As BB_TX wrote: find the second GFCI. It may be in the pass through compartment.

I think I read on here that one unit had the GFCI on the outside electrical box! Worth checking.

I have a gfci behind the tv it was a bugger to find check there

Our 2nd GFCI plug was located in the bedroom wall .

In inverted outlet setups It is usually the first (closest) outlet downstream of the inverter.
On non-inverted legs it is the first plug downstream of the panel…usually in the bath in many cases.
