I have a 2022 Montana Legacy Fifth Wheel it doesn’t seem that when I flush the black water tank I get much benefit out of flushing it. I can see some water coming out while flushing, but really don’t hear any flushing action going on in the tank. Is there ever a problem with The backflow valve under the sink in the bathroom, restricting water too much.

I've had 2 trailers with black tank flushers. Both were pretty quiet.

Here's a tip you can try. Turn your water pump off. Connect your outside garden hose to your black tank flusher. Now, turn on the garden hose.

Next, go inside the camper to the bathroom. Press down on the toilet peddle to open the toilet bottom valve. Listen...... Do you here the water spraying inside? If you do, it's working just fine. If not, it could be restricted at the back flow preventer.
