Just bought a used 2010 3750FL. All of the slide awning fabric is missing. I'm pretty handy, so replacing this shouldn't be a problem. My question is, how do I measure or figure out the length of fabric to cut in order not to get a lot of sag in the awning?

Thanks in advance for any advise.

I recommend make it as wide as you can so the edges overhang the walls (left and right) so it sheds rainwater away.
The only other change I would make with ours is to have the rail mounted to the wall as high as possible so the rain flows outboard away from the center of your rig. Ours is almost level with the roller tube and water pools up on top of the toppers.
In the winter it freezes and collects snow. I should probably put some foam blocks under it in winter while parked at home.
I think I read somewhere you want enough material to have a couple of wraps around the tube. BTW, don't forget to put stop screws in both ends of the plastic channel bead to prevent it from backing out.

You should check each slide topper mechanism to confirm that the torsion springs are still in good shape and will hold tension. Toughtop Awnings has some DIY guides regarding this subject, including taking measurements. I got replacement slide topper and main awning material from them for my previous Montana. There are also videos on YouTube that are helpful.
