We purchased a 2023 Montana two weeks ago. I have had issue with a few things. I have figured most of them out with online help, but the living room slide on the 3761FL does not fully extend. I do not have a way to take it back to the dealership so I am stuck fixing this issue and all others, myself.

Welcome to the MOC. I assume you're talking about one of the two schwintek slides? If so can you give us more info? Is it coming out square or cockeyed? It might be binding because it's out of sync.

I have the same model only a 2021. Which one isn’t opening. If it’s the same as my 2021 there is two switches for the living room slides. One switch for the two kitchen slides and one switch for the bedroom slide.

Call Keystone customer service. They can authorize a mobile repair guy to come out and fix your issue. The only thing they won't cover is the service call fee. Usually around $100. They were very easy to work with. (866) 426-4369

I have some instructions from the slide manufacture now so I will try a few things. It is the port side living room slide that needs to go out another 2 to 3 inches for everything to clear and open properly.

Make sure there are no obstructions blocking the slide.
You can do a manual override on the schwintek slides by pushing the button on the controller 6 times then holding it for the 7th time until the red light flashes. This override ignores the hall sensors on the contoller and will just run the motors until your slide is fully extended or retracted (as long as both motors are working).
You should be able to find the controllers in the storage bay beneath the living room slides. Mine are mounted on the ceiling of the rear baggage compartment below each slide. The controller will have a small window which contains a red LED and small green button. Use a small pen or screwdriver to push that button 6 times then hold on the 7th to get into override mode.
