I have a 4-point electric jack leveling system. I have a system error for the left rear jack. All the other jacks are operating as they should. I can lower and raise the LR jack manually by removing the dust cap and turning the exposed nut. The extending all jacks 6" then retracting all thing, does not work. I've disconnected all power, unplugged connectors, cleaned and plugged them in again. I have tried everything I can think of. AND THEN... I discovered a small black wire coming out of the jack systems wiring hub/brain (I don't know what else to call it), that is not connected to anything. It's not the control panel you operate the system from. Please see photo. It comes out of the back. I don't know where this wire is supposed to be attached to. I think it may have been pulled out when perhaps a pool noodle was rammed into it or something? I think this just might be the issue with the LR jack. I'm sorry I don't know how to put a red arrow or something like that on the wire.
If anyone out there has the same system and can identify where this wire is supposed to go and let me know, I would obviously be a very happy camper. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

You could try swapping two plugs to see if the problem follows the jack or stays with the controller. If it follows the jack, you probably have a wiring issue.

The small black wire is, as stated, most likely an antenna wire.
