I have removed a drawer once upon a time, but can't seem to get it done now. There are the little plastic things in the metal sliding portion of the drawer that you push up or down, I think. But I can't get them to completely unlock the slide mechanism. I think I used to push one side up and the other down and then pull the drawer. Is that correct? Thanks.

Yep…the little black things…push down on that one and push up on the other one…and in 5 minutes of frustrating struggle, it will easily come out!

Sometimes, on some drawers, that little plastic "thing" is so soft it won't actually push down far enough to actually unhook the catch. If that's happening, then with the help of a good assistant (because you'll need more than 2 hands), push each side up or down and have someone else use a flat screwdriver to spring it open and then you can pull the drawer out. FYI, both have to be freed at the same time or one side will continue to catch while working on the other. It's a task in ultimate patients and skill! Kind of like tossing that ping-pong ball into a small gold fish bowl at the county fair. ... lots of patients and a skill.

My drawers are a little different than in the video. There is no short section to push back when starting. I think mine are just gummed up. I have tried pushing one side down and the other up and then the opposite way. Nothing ever unlocks. Other drawers are similar. Tho one of them I could get one side to unlock. May have to figure out a why to jimmy them with a small screwdriver or something.
Thanks for the link MikenDebbie!

Now I've got to go out to the barn after work and try ours. I remember when we bought the camper I tried to remove the bottom drawer to see if the previous owner left any presents for us. I couldn't get it figured out then.
