Keystone Website Problems

I have tried 4 times to communicate with Keystone through their website. I've used three different computers and two different networks. I get a 'You have reached this page in error' message, after I type my message and click on submit request. I even got it when I tried to inform the webmaster of the problem.

I tried the webpage and it did the same thing for me. I'll try calling them today and let them know.

In spite of the weird message from their server I actually received a reply to my email. They actually answered my question. So apparently it works but isn't telling you that it works! Not the best of systems that's for sure! I never did call them.
