Not sure where this topic should fit, so put it under "Sitting around the Campfire" section.

I got an E-mail from Keystone RV advertising their Facebook site: "Basecamp". I've not seen this before until today, and not attempting to take anything away from this forum site. Personally, I don't do "Facebook" as I've had an account for many years now. I simply don't post, or if I do, it's extremely rare. But lately, started reading stuff a lot more. I still don't post though.

So, thought I'd throw this at you. Here's the link that I got in my Email that gives more detail on the Keystone web site: Click here.

If anyone has any comments about this new feature from Keystone, please chime in. I think their "rules" are kind of interesting ... basically, no complaining and they really don't want you to give advise or help of "fixing" problems.

Thoughts anyone.... wide open for discussion!

Interesting. I am not a fan of Facebook and have pretty much eliminated it from my web activity. It appears Keystone marketing is getting fired up to attract owners. This is the first step of many going on in the background. Vendor forums have their place but I have never been impressed by most of them. And I really don't need biased marketing information.

Jerry and I are Keystone Ambassadors and have been part of the Basecamp FB page before it was officially released. I thought it was only for those Ambassadors to reach out, helping other owners and advising or suggesting to Keystone. Not sure if things change today, 2 June.

Take care,

I saw that this morning also. Opened it and saw that it was fb and that ended it for me. I don’t fb, never have. Can’t say I never will, but I doubt it.
